4. Escrow Rules and Disputes

Once funds are locked in an Escrovex contract, they cannot be unilaterally withdrawn. In the event of a dispute, our arbitration team will review the provided evidence to determine the rightful release of funds. The decision of our arbitration team is final.

5. Limitation of Liability

Escrovex is not responsible for any losses incurred due to market volatility, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.
